Swaddle Me Please

Mindy requested a picture of Jack swaddled because she was amazed at the "Swaddle Me" power! Jack was overly tired and a bit fussy one night when we were hanging out with Mindy, at Mimi and Grandpa's house, in February, so I swaddled him up and he instantly bacame very calm.

Playdate for Mom and Dad

Mt. Bachelor, here we come! Two weeks ago, Ryan and I went on a date to Mt. Bachelor for some snowboarding. The day was fabulous - good snow, sunshine, and warm - definitely an "Amy" day.

Ryan and I took a lift and then hiked to the summit, where it was quite windy (50-60 mph winds).

After snowboarding, we gave Cassie some loving attention! She loves to play in the snow.

While we were playing on the mountain, Jack was at home having fun with Aunt Andrea, Uncle Kyle, and Grandpa Jerry.

It looks like Kyle has an admiring fan!

Sweet Coco and Raggedy Ann

Aren't these two adorable? Sam Ornes and Coco Boock are only a couple of weeks apart.

Jack travels to KC for the 2nd time.

Jack and I spent Feb. 23rd - Feb. 27th at Mimi and Grandpa's house. We had such a great time hanging out with the family and meeting Jack's new cousins, Sam Ornes and Coco Boock. He really enjoyed his older cousin, Sophie - they had a definite connection.


We enjoyed seeing aunts, uncles, and friends on Sunday - how awesome to get together just to celebrate life. :)

Mindy came to visit, bringing her Chiefs influence with her - she gave Jack a pair of a adorable Chiefs socks.

Tandi also came with her two darlings, Bekah and Maddy. We all enjoyed playing battleship in the basement (Bekah's choice).

Finally, I have to say that I have one fabulous little boy. He did wonderfully on all flights and made traveling with him a delight.
